A large section of OML*1 is located in Ogoni land which is onshore of Niger Delta. OML *1 has *2 Crude Oil and Gas field reserves with proven reserves of ***9.7 billion barrels of Crude Oil, Gas reserves ***7.7 billion SCF and ***1 billion SCF of none associated Gas Reserves.



Investment value is $*5 billion.

• Explore the Oil blocks in drilling and development
• The immediate removal of existing floating hydrocarbon from creeks, and on an ongoing basis thereafter, will help to minimize further contamination downstream
• Establishment of an Integrated Contaminated Soil Management Centre (ICSMC)
• monitor ongoing pollution in all environmental segments
• track the impacts on the health of communities exposed to hydrocarbon pollution, especially  those exposed over many years, and track the progress of all clean-up projects and provide documentation to support their effectiveness
